York Valley is an initiative focused on local processing and value addition to farm produce in the interior of Jamaica. It aims to create local jobs for youth and boost the local economy by utilising locally sourced materials and advanced processing machinery. York Valley aims to be not just a business, but a catalyst for positive change in their community, and a bridge connecting the diaspora with authentic Jamaican products.
